He is absolutely the best character I love him so much. I love how he fools ryo times and again, the way he was so natural while protecting Toma and how he always thinks about the younger idols
i love this comment you are so right
FAXX
Love him! So quick-witted and smart. And uses this to help the young ones.
The public is so fickle, one moment they are in all support of Trigger, doubting the truth of what really happened with them and the next they are seen as the ones that set up their own downfall and rigged their comeback. Like yeah, I get it is because it's being controlled in the media and it's not necessarily their fans saying these things but it's sad that they just can't catch a break.
But damn, I can't believe Sakura Haruki is being kept as hostage and they have been making him write songs for Idolish7 that have secret messages only Nagi would be able to decipher. Minami was right in what he was saying about Sakura not wanting to be used politically and it ended up really being like that.
Oh man, seeing Touma get caught by Ryou, I am worried for what he'll do to him even if Momo somehow protected him with his act. But it was really satisfying to see Momo drop some facts on Ryou's outlook of idols, he was going crazy because he couldn't refute anything Momo said.
However, Ryou is scary right now. He's legitimately planning Momo's death, I highly doubt it will happen and I look forward to seeing how Momo gets out of this situation but the fact of the matter is Ryou actually wants Momo dead and has no problem making this happen. It's unbelievable the lengths he will go to.
Having Nagi's and Momo's situational climax happening at once is heavy.
I don't fully understand Nagi's situation, though. Is Sakura Haruki in Japan? And is his family intentionally keeping Nagi's 'dreams' fulfilled to keep him out of the country?
As for Momo, that was way too much to take in terms of his selflessness, and he seems way too calm for the situation he's in. Momo's insanely brave considering Ryou can nearly do whatever with his status and clout. Yuki better burst in with his baseball bat next episode, since he was there when Momo picked up his call. When all this blows over, if Touma and Momo don't become friends, I don't know what to say.
Haruki is held hostage in nagi's country for politics reasons idk about his family or anything but nagi probably wants to go to his country to save haruki soon, i think 4th beat will be about nagi :o
That was such a wild episode omg
Toma is such a good boy T-T but it really should've been obvious to him that a psycho like Ryo would bug his phone.
MOMO!!! He's been such a star this season, and I've grown to love and appreciate him so much!! I seriously hope Yuki damn near murders Ryo by the end of the season for all the crap he's putting him through.
this whole season seems spicier than usual >u>
Man Ryou's paper thin petty reasons is just so cringe and flat out bonkers 😑
When it came to a crooked manager/producer CO character like Leon Sikes from "Beck!" was easy to understand, predict, and get by.
I always thought its so cool how momo steps in and protects Touma, though it makes me sad how he always sacrifices himself to help others. It felt a bit rushed, but was good enough. The dialogue when he tells off ryo is really cool too, man's tied up and has his life threatened and he still won't take any shit from that bastard lol. Ryo's voice acting was really interesting, even though they made some changes, i love how his insanity comes through. I don't really see a point for the "throwing on the bed" thing or for speaking in complete darkness, but it's there i suppose.
edit: i was told by sb who has watched the prescreening that the scene they cut here will be added in a later episode, which is good. Regardless, i think checking out the game is worth it cause a lot of scenes had to be cut for good.
it makes me sad how he always sacrifices himself to help others.
And in a humble way, too. But don't be sad. Think about it this way - he has had his share of trauma (soccer) and heartbreak (Re:Vale). And having worked through it, probably with people him, he's always on the lookout to help others out. I guess realistically, he's now fulfilled and wants to help others do the same.
edit: Though this time, it's a little too serious of a situation that he's in to help someone - risking his life. I have some hope that he has a plan. (But looking back, Ryou was always a lunatic, and Momo knew this, so he's very brave to face Ryou on every single occasion he did...)
i have read the entirety of the game and side materials in regards to revale and speak with that in mind. I feel it is more so a writing issue at this point (not here, part 3 writing is flawless), but he doesn't really change his outlook in regards to this. I don't want to spoil the next episode for you so I won't go into details but... he could definitely help others while learning to value himself a little more.
Ah, thank you for educating me. If Momo does learn this lesson, I7 will have outdone itself in terms of character exploration. Because this 'martyr' behavior and mindset is present in reality, and it's hard to change.
i feel that it could definitely have been explored and written differently. The issue lies more so in the fact that revale dont really get any character development that matters after season 4 and even then it always felt like it was building up to something that in the end never came. At least in the main story.
It's hard to do, but not impossible. Given part 3's writing I really had high expectations but i guess that's on me.
I really had high expectations but i guess that's on me.
No sour grapes, only sweet ones for you :)
"I don't really see a point for the "throwing on the bed" thing or for speaking in complete darkness, but it's there i suppose"
you know why tho
also im really interested in the game, do you know where i can find translation?
parts 1 to 4 are fully translated, you can access them from this masterlist docs. google. com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1JtgBt4TUyGIZ6Vf74cCU5fC_7fhSOHJyqMPyAMFJbMc/htmlview# (i had to break it up cause the site doesnt allow links)
it also includes many other side materials
also. I know why and i hate it lol
is the i7 game completed? or more parts will come later?
supposedly yes, part 6 finished a bit ago
Thank youuuuu
Momo noooooooooo😭💔
I thought
I thought this was just a fun idol anime
welcome to the club
WHAT THE HELL MOMO
Ryo is so kinky. Handcuffing Momo and throwing him onto a bed!
BL fans will give you a lot of cookies for this XD
And then they head to archive or fanfiction
This was such an intense episode. Shit's wild
THE SOUR GRAPES SCENE WAS EXCECUTED SO WELL!!! Seriously mad props to Ryo's VA, he's really able to capture his insanity and malice but not making it too over the top that's not not believable
Also Momo!!! He is such a good character!!!!!! This is why he's my fave TvT
Really looking forward to seeing Daybreak Interlude performance in the anime
this show's so crazy bro that atp it shd have a psychological tag. enjoying it tho deffo. AND IM KINDA HURT BY WHAT MOMO SAID coz he right. dont die momo mi amor
If Ryo wants some sour grapes so badly, I have some that I can give him... :|
*plays @5:38 on repeat*
dont worry. riku will puppy eyes their way through the MOP
waaait 😭😭 the code said "we have sakura haruki, obey"??? are u ffr!!!?
i really dislike natsume in this episode LMAO he's good at stirring the pot tho!! it'd be nice if they gave us some character development for the rest of zool and not just toma 👀 maybe soon
momo is one of my favorite characters if ryo hurts him im going to be SO SAD
sneak peek for next episode gives me hope that momo will be rescued before anything serious can happen tho
also, i think the darkness in their conversation was supposed to amplify fear? and then when ryo opened the curtains and there was the blue light of the moon, it might have made it worse because at that point i didnt know what ryo was going to say or do next
DONT U DARE TOUCH MY MOMO u son OF A BISCUIT
on a side note oh my god, i love most of the idols in this anime but momo takes the cake. he has everything i want in a man fr TT
Damn. So all of this because ryo's a sasaeng fan. Even his goons are weirded out by him.
Ryo is a fantastic character and I can't believe how much MORE they make me like him every episode. FUCK, the tension in this episode was GREAT and I love the ost so much.
They're really out here about to kill someone kadjal;kdjfakjf What the hell
...Of course. When's it not about petty revenge? Typical anime villain plot.
AAA NAGI'S PAST REVEAL SOON???? YESHHHH
So now we know why Tsukumo is such an ass.
nobody:
tsukumo:
It's clearly not and exaggeration to say things are about to go down. Tho, in a good way or bad way... We'll leave it up to u to imagine hoho
And as always, i7 anime's OST and bg music can be peculiar, fantastic even. Totally loving it even more during Ryo' s scenes HAHA add to that his spectacular voice (and I just wanna share as well for the others... Ryo's seiyuu is an amazing singer. And that was an understatement)
Dont u just love it when u things suddenly turn wild and make ur head go round and forget that an anime was supposed to be an idol anime lol jk
After listening to Sakura Message all these years not knowing the true meaning behind the lyrics... but also I just noticed how the actual title even alludes to the hidden meaning since the song literally holds the "message" about "sakura" haruki ToT
Wh0a
Okay... I'll admit, I'm a little threatened... damn
OHHH MYYY GOODDD! KYAAA~ NOO MOMOOOO LEAVE HIM ALONE
Momo is amazing. Best character, most mature, cute, funny, strong, steady, reliable, serious, adept - he's the best in all ways.
